We collect account details you provide, such as name, work email and company, along with order and catalog data from the stores you connect and technical data about how you use the service.
How we use it
We use it to provide nexus tracking, tax calculation and filing, to secure the service and to communicate with you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your sales or customer data for third-party research.
Customer data in your orders
Order data can include your customers' names and addresses. We process it only to calculate tax and prepare returns, and we exclude it from analytics events.
Retention and deletion
We keep filed returns and confirmations for the life of your account so you have an audit record. You can request deletion of other data by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA and GDPR to access, correct or delete your data. Write to the address below to exercise them.
